New clients must sign waiver before booking appointments. Please be aware once you book your appointment there is no refunds. Sessions are live via Zoom, Whats App, phone. In person sessions are at an additional cost and must be local. Sessions are booked and paid for online. Cancellations are required give to 24-hour notice prior to the appointment for rescheduling. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded due to limited availability. Packages must be used within two months from date of purchase. NO REFUNDS.

FEES
All payments must be for the full amount required at time of purchase. We charge comparable to other Emotion Code practitioners. We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards; we do not accept cash or checks.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Our services are not covered under insurance.
LATE TO APPOINTMENT
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will still be responsible for payment of the period of time you were scheduled, and you will be required to pay the full amount and the time will not be extended. If a client calls ahead to say they will be late, this does not alter the policy. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will be rescheduled for another day and considered a No Show.
CANCELLATIONS
Please call us at any time of the day (even after business hours) and leave a message. Cancellations are required give to 24-hour notice prior to the appointment for rescheduling. You can also reschedule yourself online. If you do not provide us with a 24-hour notice you will be charged the full amount of your session.
NO SHOW
No Shows will be charged the full amount of your session.
