Hi, I'm Emma!
I was born in Beirut Lebanon, grew up in Southern California and lived in Brooklyn, NY for many years as well. In 1991, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. At just 15 years old, I became her primary caretaker. I vividly remember spending hours at the library researching holistic
methods that could support her conventional treatment. Learning and discovering the power of juicing, organic eating which was not popular in the early 90 yet my mother embraced it. Amazingly, she went into remission within three months. Despite our best efforts, my mother sadly passed away five years later. However, the experience had a profound impact on me, teaching me to cherish life's fragility and prioritize self-care, rather than waiting until it's too late.
My father was a restaurateur, and I was raised in the restaurant business. In my 20's, I ran the Federal Court House cafeteria in Brooklyn, NY. In my 30's, I became a pastry chef and even ran my own bakery in San Diego. When my father passed away, my husband and I took over the family restaurant business.
I've been doing inner work almost 30 years. Using different modalities to achieve wellness like QRA, EFT, Biofeedback, Guided imagery, Music therapy Breathwork, Acupuncture, Gua Sha, PEMF therapy.
In 2017, I discovered the Emotion Code, and seeking assistance from a certified practitioner had a significant impact on both my physical and emotional well-being. Through the years, I came to understand that emotional health is crucial for overall physical well-being.
When the Covid pandemic emerged, I noticed that my eating habits didn't align with the holistic lifestyle I had embraced throughout my life. Recognizing its impact on my well-being, I made significant changes. I handed over our family restaurant business to my husband and restarted my personal health journey.
In 2019, a friend introduced me to Purium, an organic whole foods nutrition, which left a lasting impression. I became a loyal user of their products and now I get to share them with you!

What does my regular wellness routine look like?
Every day is a new day and I love it!
What does my holistic lifestyle look like?
I sleep well.
Sleeping is very important to me. When I was younger, I neglected my sleep going on 4-5 hours a night. As I got older in my 20's and 30's I still didn't understand how important sleep was for my emotional and physical health. Now I have a regular sleep routine at night, and I feel so much more productive and alive during the day. Releasing negative emotions helped me to relax and my anxiety went down significantly, allowing me to sleep.
I eat well.
I shop at local farmer’s markets as often as I’m able and make eating clean a priority. I try my best to eat organic when I can. I avoid processed foods during weekdays and make it a point to eat at home. I also treat myself on the weekends and enjoy every bite of whatever I'm eating.... no hard feelings.
I connect with my body.
I really enjoy staying active. I do that by working out daily whether by taking high intensity spin class, Pilates, jumping on my rebounder daily or just walking my dog I try to make a priority to get an at least 10,000 steps a day. I also love working out with my weightlifting husband. He’s been lifting for almost 30 years!
I connect with animals.
I’m an animal loving dog mom who loves taking Max out on long morning walks. I would love to have a small farm one day and rescue different animals. Especially donkey!
I connect with nature.
As someone who lives in Southern. California, I truly appreciate nature whether at the beach or in the mountains. I love tree's when I get a chance, I love hugging them!
I connect with my roots.
I love making homemade Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. In fact, I take a lot of pride in making family recipes passed down to me by my family who immigrated from Lebanon, Armenia, and Greece.
I connect with others.
I love helping others and volunteer weekly to help people have a better hope for the future. Taking care of my parents when they were ill brought me so much peace.
I do things I enjoy.
I'm a huge movie buff especially historical British time period. I love anything "Jane Austin.” I love a good Agatha Christy story and Jeremy Brett is the best Sherlock Holmes (in my opinion.) I also love music from all genres and different decades, I love it all! I love traveling when I can — especially to Greece and England!
